Ready to get consistent results from your leadership?
Together, we’ll raise your engagement scores, slow employee turnover, and accelerate the performance of your team!
Why Leadership is Key to Engagement & Culture
Set the Tone.
Every action you take in business shows your team what behaviors you value. Culture is created and thrives in between your initiatives — in the slack messages you send, the behaviors you reward, and more. You need to know what’s working & what’s not.
Model Behaviors.
91% of 1000 employees said their leadership lacked communication skills. Most leadership training is all theory — but how do you apply it? You need support to navigate the micro-changes in your behavior to motivate and engage your team.
Grow your Team.
Engaged teams have 41% less absenteeism and are 24% more profitable. Creative ideas and innovation thrive in an environment where everyone feels included and that they belong there. Decrease employee turnover by 50% or more. Happy people want to stay and contribute.

Program Details
01 — Diagnose Today’s Challenges
We’ll kick off the program with a group session to introduce your entire executive team to the program, my process, and answer any questions. You’ll share with me: key business and people metrics (like sales goals & actuals, customer churn, employee tenure, reviews, training programs details, etc.). I’ll perform a detailed analysis of your recent or last two engagement/culture surveys. After looking at all of the actuals together, we’ll have a clear state of the business, the culture driving today’s performance, and our targets to impact during the rest of the program.
Process & Key Milestones:
Review & Analyze Key Business Metrics, People KPIs & Culture Survey
Meet 1:1 Confidentially with Katie to share your personal journey as a leader, plus establish individual goals and needs for each Executive
Commitment from each Executive to learn and grow
Establish shared Goals & Vision for outcomes of program
Define roadmap for where we can make the biggest impact
Logistics:

02 — Explore Assumptions & Bias
Then we’ll start the work of exploring assumptions, bias and expectations that form your gut reactions & how you lead. You’ll start by looking inward at yourself since as an executive leader you need to be able to walk the talk. The more you understand yourself and your company’s First Team (the Executive Team) the better you can drive performance with the people you lead. Because this can be vulnerable work, I use an application of theatre techniques to provide a safe environment for exploration and gives us tools for communicating where words feel inadequate.
Process & Key Milestones:
Examine the behaviors and perspectives that drive performance
Learn impact of daily actions that add to or take away from your company’s culture
Roadmap of skills, actions & behaviors that each executive wants to change
Experience how others respond to your leadership style
Retrain your thinking on the origins, blocks and motivators of performance
Logistics:
2-3 Group Sessions
Individual coaching session for CEO
03 — Upgrade Your Skills
Now that we have a roadmap of the skills we want to build and shift, we’ll focus on practicing new skills through interactive sessions. Through repetition, your executives will change their behavior. Our first focus is on peer interactions to build the habits of motivational & engaging leadership. Then, we’ll shift to specific scenarios encountered within your departments and daily interactions with non-executives. You’ll rehearse for real scenarios in a safe, supported environment.
Process & Key Milestones:
Tangible skills demonstrated by all executives
Shift behavior in key areas: asking for feedback, collaborating, responding with empathy, and delivering bad news, 1:1s, starting a new project, shifting priorities for your team, and more.
Logistics:
2-3 Group Sessions
Individual coaching session for CEO
Individual coaching session #2 for each executive focused on their unique development needs
04 — Implement New Habits
Now, you’ll have new knowledge, perspectives and skills built that accelerate performance and sustain engagement. The final month focuses on defining your commitments to motivating and engaging your team & culture everyday. We’ll review the company values and document a plan for how those values look in real-life interactions within your business. Now it’s time to Act! You’ll take action to integrate your new skills and expectations into the day-to-day. Bring back results to the group for additional fine-tuning this month.
Process & Key Milestones:
Align & Define new behaviors and skills to your core values that build up your employees and sustain the culture that drives performance
Craft a Culture Contribution Plan containing daily actions & expectations for your team
Implementation Checklists to integrate new behaviors into the day to day at your company
