After more than 12 years in technology startups (like Wayfair, Rocket Lawyer, Upserve, Vista Equity portfolio of companies) I’ve seen how difficult it can be to grow and scale a company where people are enabled to operate at their highest level.
I have been in the trenches alongside leaders like you working at a breakneck pace to meet our business goals. I’ve led in-person, remote, and hybrid teams through acquisitions, high growth, pivoting, expanding, and more.
