On a Mission to Stop Workplace Hurt

Today we speak with Katie McLaughlin about how a background in the theater with a mix of corporate experience has allowed her to create the Mclaughlin Method to help put an end to boring, theory-based training.

We go over the value of developing a strong culture and the benefits it brings. As well as how important it is to experiment and grow to push the boundaries in developing better teams.

At the end of the day, a company is really just a group of people and the better they can communicate the better the company and culture will be.

Hope you enjoy this episode and learn about how to develop strong teams and become better leaders.

Everyone’s participating; I never put people on the spot. All of the actions and activities that I do are really group-based. That by itself starts to open the door to realize that okay, I’m not going to be put on the spot.
